 Your Engage report is available in two different flavours, free or paid.

Free Engage Report

We process your data offsite, and this report carries the least impact on your Team.  We anonymise your user data before it is taken offsite for analysis, ensuring security and GDPR compliance.  The impact is that we can report on percentages and numbers for each EUC area investigated, but we cannot drill into the report to give you immediately actionable data.  For instance with anonymised data we can show that users are actively using Project Professional,  which can be compared to the licenses that you are paying for, however we cannot drill into the data to give you actionable information on which users aren’t using the costed licenses.

Paid Engage Report

This involves a Proof of Concept of ManagementStudio, and APPtechnology remotely accessing your data to generate your report over a 30 day period.  This requires remote access and allows your APPtechnology lead consultant to drive further data enhancement, for instance by including the import of other data sources such as HR to blueprint your organisation in more depth.  The benefits of this approach are that where your Report recommends action or cost savings we have the ability to deep dive into the live data to identify users, applications and devices for action.  We can also automate several processes within your POC timescale to demonstrate ManagementStudio capabilities, and to deliver example cost savings as part of this paid engagement.
