Your Microsoft 365 User environment is dynamic and will constantly evolve, maintaining the service as a BAU cost reduction driver is our goal, however you can drop in and out of the rental as required.
Against the cost of an Office 365 E3 or E5 license, the O365 License Optimisation service has a cost of circa 2% of your per user spend. The more complex your subscription licensing is, the lower the percentage cost, and the higher your potential savings.
