Planning Positives

You might find you've got applications that are already Windows 11 compatible and devices that are ready for migration; we can help you identify applications that have been recently updated so you know that they're current within your estate and itemise devices in your estate by make, model, region, location and department.

Savings Opportunities

You may have applications in your estate that aren't used and can be removed, both reducing licence costs as well as migration costs. You may have unused devices that you can reclaim and recycle to avoid hardware spend. The report can also identify application duplication in your estate - applications where you've got multiple versions, or multiple products performing the same function that could be rationalised down to a single application.

Windows 11 Budgeting

We can identify devices in your estate that are out of vendor support, out of warranty or simply unable to support Windows 11. And by identifying and enumerating applications that won't support Windows 11, your report will allow you to plan your Windows 11 migration, so you can better calculate your hardware refresh costs.

Proactive Security

Finally, your report will reveal elements of your estate that might pose a security risk. This includes leavers, unused devices, any devices that are not receiving security updates and devices that are not reporting correctly into SCCM. Furthermore, we will help you identify any non-business applications (for instance, applications that have been manually installed) that could pose a support risk or security risk.
